Book Buyer Terms & Digital Content Licence

These Terms govern purchases and access to digital books through Paperza.com (the "Platform"), operated by Paperza Editions Publishing Ltd ("Paperza", "we", "us"). The customer ("you") agrees to these Terms when purchasing or accessing digital content.

You must provide accurate account details, protect your login credentials, and use the Platform lawfully. If you are below the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, a parent or legal guardian must authorise purchases where required by law.

Books may be offered by Paperza directly or by independent authors and publishers. Each listing identifies its author/publisher, price, file format (PDF, ePub), language, access specifications, and technical requirements. Independent sellers remain responsible for their uploaded content.

Prices, applicable taxes, and any delivery disclosures are clearly displayed before payment. Orders are processed securely via approved PCI-compliant partners including Stripe and encrypted magic link authorization. Currency conversion charges may be applied by your issuing bank.

Unless the listing expressly states otherwise, your purchase grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download and read the purchased digital book for private, non-commercial use. Copyright and ownership are not transferred. You must not resell, redistribute, publicly upload, or remove DRM/copyright notices.

Once payment is confirmed, purchased books are immediately accessible in your Paperza Library for instant online reading or secure PDF download. If an authorized download fails, our support team will resolve access at [email protected].

Because digital content is made available immediately upon purchase, digital purchases are non-refundable once download or library reading has commenced, in accordance with applicable consumer law. This does not limit mandatory statutory rights for faulty, defective, or misdescribed files.

Paperza respects intellectual property. To report suspected infringement, malware, misdescription, or content quality issues, email [email protected] with the Paperza Book ID, title, and detailed evidence. We investigate and resolve reports promptly.

We seek to provide continuous, high-availability service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or statutory consumer protections that cannot legally be excluded.

Personal data is handled strictly according to the Paperza Privacy Policy. Transactional emails and order confirmations are sent to provide digital delivery, receipts, and security updates.
